Pre-Sales and Sales Questions
- What requirements do I need to use your services?
Any PC with an Internet connection is sufficient enough to access
our world of services. Once there is a connection readily available,
there is really nothing else needed at all.
- How long does it take for my account to be activated?
Your hosting order is dependant on the plan you ordered. New orders
are usually setup within 24 hours. Most new accounts will be created and
issued in less than 12 hours on a good day, but none exceeding 24 hours,
unless otherwise stated. However, this depends on resource availability
as we may decide not to accept new orders in order not to overload
servers. In such rare cases, we will advise the customer accordingly.
- Do you support Microsoft Frontpage 2002 Server Extensions?
Yes.
- Do you allow adult material?
Yes.
- Do you allow custom scripts?
Yes, but if it takes up too much resource it must be removed.
- Do you have a demo account which I can try first before making up
my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not provide such services due to security
threats. We do need you to signup with us before we can let you try our
services as we need official contacts in case something goes wrong. Rest
assured, you may terminate your account anytime, as there is no minimum
binding period.
- I wish to try out one of your lighter packages first. Is it
possible for me to upgrade later on? What are the charges involved?
You are free to upgrade your plan anytime during your stay with us.
There are no additional charges for your change of plan. If you are
upgrading your plan with us, you just have to pay the difference in
upgrade.
- Do you support ASP?
No we do not. They are very unstable on Linux/Unix based webservers.
- Do you support ColdFusion?
No.
- I had just signed up, when would I be able to view my site?
A support staff would contact you, and set up your account for you.
(approx. 12 to 24 hours)
- How do I setup a nameserver with my domain host?
We don’t know of every domain host, but we will update this list as
new customers ask for different host. (You can simply contact your
domain host and ask them to do it for you) Here is how to setup a
Nameserver using godaddy.com 1. Log into your account. 2. Go to your
domain Manager. (you should now see, Domain Status Info, Contact
Info...etc) At the bottom left table of this page, it says "Domain Host
Information"(you can hit control f on the IE toolbar, and put that text,
and it will find it for you, that is..if you can't find it.) When you
see Domain Host Information. next to it, it says "click here to add"
simply click there. The next page you cannot complete until we assign
you your IPs. When we assign you your IPs, simply put "ns1" in the host
box, and in the IP box, type out the IP address we give you. You will
have to repeat this process again and put "ns2" and put the IP we give
you. NOTE: After you register your nameserver it will take up to 24-78
hours for them to become active!

- Can I pay monthly?
No, The payment options are only 6 months/1year.
- Can I order even though I do not live in Indonesia?
Yes. However we only accept USD & Euro payments.
- Where I have to confirm after doing a payment?

Bandwidth Issues
- What is your line speed?
All our servers are on OC3s (155Mbps) to gigE (1,000Mbps).
- What do I do when my bandwidth has exceeded?
Contact our support team to find out what we could do for you.
- What do I do when my account is suspended due to bandwidth issues?
Contact our support team immediately. If your account has been
suspended as a result of bandwidth abuse, we may require that you remove
certain files from your web site, or upgrade to a larger plan.
- Can I host media files? .WAV Files? MP3s?
Yes, but be aware that these files do pull a lot of bandwdith, and as
a result of this your account could be suspended for bandwidth abuse.

Scripting Questions
- Where can I put my CGI scripts?
In the cgi-bin.
- What type of CGI scripts can I use?
You can use any script you wish. We have a great deal of pre-installed
scripts, but if they don’t fit your needs – as stated before – you can use
any script you wish to use. If the script causes any server malfunctions,
then we will have to remove it.
- What is a 500 server error?
It's when you set the permissions wrong for the cgi file.
- What version of PHP are you running?
PHP Version 4.3.3
- My PHP is being called like you recommend, yet I still get errors.
What do I do now?
Contact our support team.
- What is the path to ...?
Usually you are given the information when your account is created or
you can see in Control Panel.
- I can't get my script to work, can you help me?
We can take a look at it for you; contact our support team for
assistance.
- If I need your help with a script, what information do you need?
We need to know the URL of the script, the original script
documentation (readme), and what errors are you getting.
- Why doesn’t my PHP pages work?
Usually they tell you the error why they don't work, but if they don't
contact our support team with the problem and we can try to resolve it.
- How do I access your FormMail.pl script?
We do not have a public “formmail” script, use your control panel to
set up your own.
- Where can I find more information on PHP?
php.net
- Can I run PHP Nuke on your systems?
Yes. We even have it as a pre-installed script.
- Why doesn't SSI work on my website?
Your pages need to be .shtml.
- Where can I find useful scripts that are easy to configure?
cgi.resourceindex.com, hotscripts.com
- Do you support Cold Fusion?
No.
- Do you support ASP?
No.
- Where can I find some simple and very useful php or cgi scripts? (newsboards,
search, guess book etc)

- If I host with you, do I have to change whom my domain is
registered with?
No, all you have to do is change the DNS information
- Can I use bigmailbox or everyone.net with your services?
Yes.
- How can I learn more about DNS?
Go to google.com and type DNS.
- Can I do URL forwarding at all?
Yes, you can forward as much domains as you want to yoursite.wi3k.com,
or yourdomain.com
- What is your primary and secondary nameservers?

- I just changed my nameservers to the ones you guys gave me, how
come my site don't work?
It takes 24 to 78 hours for your nameserver detail to update on the
internet.

E-mail Questions
- When will my e-mail be functional?
As soon as we activate your account.
- What is the difference between POP3 and Forwarding?
POP3 is when we store the e-mail on our servers; you then either
retrieve the mail by using an external e-mail client (outlook express), or
access it from the web. When you forward mail it goes to your current
e-mail address or whatever e-mail address you want.
- How do I create additional POP accounts and e-mail forwarding?
Use your control panel that your domain comes with.
- How do I check my e-mail?
By the web or by using an external e-mail client (outlook express)
- How can you offer 'unlimited' e-mail features?
Because e-mails don't take up a lot of web space, and when we say
'unlimited', of course you know there is no such thing. E-mail space goes
to your actual disk space....so you can have as much as your account
provides.
- Can I have everything@mydomain go to another e-mail?
Yes, set it in your control panel..
- How do I setup my POP account with Outlook Express?
Simply go to your mail manager, and choose the option to configure
your outlook express for use with our mail servers. It will auto config
everything for you.
- What do I use for my SMTP?
yoursite.com
- How come I can't send mail?
Check your incoming and outgoing mail servers.
- What is the maximum file size for attachments?
There is none, it can go as big as your account size.
- Can I have a mailing list with my account?
Sure, but if it is for spam, your account will be terminated.
- Can I view attachments or HTML files with your web based mail?
Yes.
- Why isn't my e-mail working when my website is up?
This is a rare case, which would hardly ever arise. Contact our
support team if you feel that your e-mail server is down.
- How much space do I have for my POP Accounts?
You have as much as your account size.
- How do I delete forwarding or POP accounts?
Use your control panel to do so.
- Can I use ALL CAPS in user names?
It is not recommended, but yes you can.
- How do I get to the Web based e-mail client?
Go to yourdomain.com:2095 or yourdomain.com/webmail/
- Can I use Bigmailbox or everyone.net instead of using your servers?
Yes.
